First Annual 209 Squad Meet & Car Show
Members of Central Valley's local car enthusiast team, 209 Squad, hosted their 1st Annual Car Show and Meet on Sunday August 16th from 12pm-7pm at the Lowes Parking Lot in Stockton, CA.
Round Table was generous enough to provide their facilities for people to use and so many of the event attendees ended up eating pizza there.
Event co-hosts included West Lane Muffler & Performance w/ Parris Engine Dynamics, TunerPlayground, N1 Concepts, Bay Hype, and more. Event sponsors included, 1320 Racing, Dfined.org, PhatFx, Kingdom, Cope, and more.
TunerPlayground model Xw (Sue) Lor took 1st Place in the Model Contest, winning the title of "Best Damn Model" and beating out all the other girls who entered the competition. There were 3 trophies given out for Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place. Also, 1st Place only trophies were awarded for Best JDM, Best Engine Bay, and Best Team.
Overall it was a great event in terms of attendance, the parking lot quickly filled up with over 200 cars, and people of all ages came out to enjoy the day. Plenty of enthusiasts and photographers were able to enjoy the model contest and the awarding of the car show trophies.
TunerPlayground models in attendance included our DSport Cover Model, Elissa Alva, Xw (Sue) Lor, Anna Lyn, Kelli Fay, Ashley Malia, Jey Lee, Miss Meryll, Fenix Chao, Angela Chiam, Stephy Wen, Cheri Lynn, and Anja Lor. There were also girls from other groups who came out to show their support.
