Hot Import Nights: San Mateo
After months of preparation, Hot Import Nights San Mateo has finally come and gone. It was our first big show of the year so we wanted to make sure that everything went right. Roll in for the event was the day before, on Friday, March 7th. We set up in the main stage hall, known as the Fiesta Hall, where our 10 models were to be along with 2 go-go dance pods.
Saturday night was packed with crowds pouring in at 5pm and lines wrapping around the entire parking lot. Luckily for us vendors, we could bypass the whole wait, but we feel sorry for those at the end of the line. Things started to heat up as our models got on our go-go pods and danced to stage music. There were lots of people crammed in front of our booth, causing a major traffic jam as everyone fought to take photos and videos of our lovely ladies.
We managed to get around the entire event with our models by the end of the night, drawing lots of attention from vendors and the general public. It was great to see some of our favorite models and friends throughout the night, and we loved it when the beautiful Miss Lisa Flemming came by for some photos.
A BIG thanks to Phil Wong from AsianScene and kaSHOWku, and also Shane Cheng from Limitless Motorsports for helping us out with the booth positions and giving us the support that we needed to make things happen!
