It's 2010! From all of us at TunerPlayground we would like to be the first to wish you a Happy New Year! 2009 has been such an amazing year for us and we are grateful for all of the incredible memories we've made and are thankful for the support that we continue to receive from our business partners, clients, fans, and industry friends. It is our hope that we will continue to provide all of you with our very best in the days ahead.
TP: So we have to ask, how did you get into modeling? Were you discovered?
TL: My friends have always told me throughout high school that I should try modeling, and so I did right when I turned 18! I don't know if I can say I was "discovered" but I headed out to a couple of modeling and gogo dancing auditions for fun, and from then on people have just been finding ways to get a hold of me for local events and photoshoots. I really got lucky.
TP: How do you feel about signing exclusively with us? What were some of the important factors that led to your decision?
TL: I am so grateful and blessed to have signed exclusively with TunerPlayground. I love you guys! The important factor for me was that I wanted to sign with a group I felt was real, understanding, fair, trustworthy, legitimate, and one that has only good intentions for the company itself, as well as for me! Woooohoooo, go TunerPlayground!
TP: Do you consider yourself beautiful? What do you think is your greatest asset? What makes you unique?
TL: I have grown so comfortable in my own skin. I definitely know I have a beautiful heart and soul. Many kudos to Mum for teaching me all these amazing life philosophies! I think my greatest asset has to be my nature for seeing good in everyone and everything. Maybe that's why I'm such a happy person. I think what makes me unique is how I can manage to balance everything so well in my life. I juggle family, friends, school, fun, work, modeling, and I somehow can still make time for myself.
TP: What was the first major event that you modeled at? What made it most memorable to you?
TL: My first major event was Hot Import Nights: Minneapolis 2008! It was most memorable because it was my FIRST spokesmodeling gig ever. I was super nervous! Not to mention I had never seen so many import cars together all in one place.
TP: Who is your favorite model or celebrity of all time? What would your fantasy photoshoot with her consist of?
TL: My favorite celebrity of all time would have to be, hands down, Marilyn Monroe. Our fantasy photoshoot would consist of: lace, pearls, fur, and cigars. It would be both classy and sexy all at the same time.
TP: Have you ever used your looks to take advantage of someone? Was it one of our staff? You can tell us. Haha.
TL: Maybe...sometimes I show a little skin to get people to buy me food while I'm working...shhhhh! ^_^
TP: What are your hobbies? Any hidden talents you'd like to share with the world?
TL: I really enjoy scrapbooking. I am a very sentimental gal, so I like putting a lot of keepsakes together and making visual memories.
TP: What is your astrological sign? Do you believe in horoscopes?
TL: Yes! I am VERY Virgo! I definitely believe in horoscopes. ^_^ When I'm really into a guy, I always ask for his sign so I can hop online and do those fun Horoscope Compatibility Tests, haha!
TP: Do you have any weird habits that no one else knows about?
TL: I have a few...One of my stranger habits is that I have a really bad problem with picking my finger nail polish. I just love the sound of it. LOL!
TP: What does a typical day look like for you? Where do you like to go for some time alone?
TL: A typical chill day starts off with me waking up no later than noon! Followed by lots of good eating and keeping up with web/television gossip. Then I usually go out and meet up with my close friends and we end up winging whatever we do. I am pretty spontaneous so every day is a little bit different for me. As far as time alone, I really like hitting up the local Tea Garden here in Minneapolis.
TP: Favorite place to eat? Drink? Play?
TL: My favorite place to dine out in Minnesota has to be Sushi Tango! I love the sushi, the people, and the atmosphere. Favorite place to play-my place, of course! ^_^ Y'all are always welcome to stop by!
TP: Since we are an automotive interest website and most of our readers are motor-heads, we have to ask, what do you drive right now? What would you say your dream car is?
TL: I am still ridiculously attached to my first car! I call him Buster (long story). He is a 1994 E34 BMW 5-Series. My dream car...hmmm, I haven't really thought about this question, but you will most likely see me in some sort of Bimmer. They are just so classy to me! ^_^
TP: Can you drive a stick?
TL: I have attempted to drive stick! I'm not the best at it...YET. I totally blame the Minneapolis weather for not giving me the chance to perfect it.
TP: Does size matter for you? You know we're talking about engines of course. Haha.
TL: The bigger the better. ^_^
TP: If we looked through your cell phone, what kinds of juicy things would we find on there?
TL: LOTS of food porn! And I mean LOTS. Hahaha! I love dining out so most of my photos are of food. Other than that...my phone stays pretty bland. Maybe a few love poems here and there. I am a hopeless romantic.
TP: Did Santa bring you the presents that you really wanted this year? What were they? Do you think it was because you were naughty or nice?
TL: Santa was SO good to me this year! I didn't really ask for much for Christmas this year. I just moved into my own studio apartment and I literally asked for toilet paper, paper towels, and dish-washing soap. Basically lots of household items, haha. Christmas morning, what do ya know-that's exactly what I received! It's because I've been nice! Or at least Santa thinks so. I am too sly for him, hehe! ^_^
TP: What was one of your resolutions for 2009? Did you stick to it?
TL: I didn't make a resolution for 2009 because I knew I was going to break it! I like breaking all the rules.
TP: Do you have any resolutions for 2010? What are they and why?
TL: I do! My resolution is to stay FOCUSED on everything I choose to do- whether it be something little or life changing.
TP: What item of clothing or accessory makes you feel the sexiest?
TL: ANYTHING! Spandex-word to Beyonce! I love feeling sexy and curvy- so I absolutely enjoy wearing anything spandex (tights, bodysuits, leotards, etc.)
TP: What has surprised you the most about modeling? What has your most memorable modeling moment been so far? Most embarrassing?
TL: Surprise surprise: modeling is exhausting! I never realized it'd be so much work! I know that sounds a bit silly, but trust me, it's so tiring. I do believe it's worth it though. My most memorable modeling moment thus far has to be freezing my butt off during my last shoot with Keith. We kept spraying water on my body to make it look like I was sweating and then set up the big fans to blow my hair...afterwards I got sick for a week!
TP: What do you look for in a guy? What would he have to do to get your attention and to keep you interested?
TL: I look for a man who is family and goal oriented. I think that is so crucial in a significant other. I also look for a good sense of humor. I want someone who's good to my family. My family means SO much to me. Even if you are the hottest guy in the world, if you're not good to my family, or to your own, then GOODBYE! Next, please! Haha. I mainly look for someone who would complement me well, not so much to "complete" me. You can definitely keep me interested if you can hold up an intellectual conversation. So sexy! ^_^
TP: How do you feel about pick-up lines? What was the best line that was used on you? Did it work?
TL: I think they are only appropriate if you know which ones to use! Not all pick-up lines are corny to me. It's always a good fun icebreaker in my book.
TP: What is the weirdest thing that has ever happened to you on a date? How did the rest of the night go?
TL: I think it would have to be me laughing so hard during dinner that I started snorting. So embarrassing! I try not to snort because I don't think guys find that very cute. Although this particular guy found it completely adorable, we just kept poking fun at it the rest of the date. It was all in good fun. ^_^
TP: What gets you in the mood? What are some of your turn-ons?
TL: A man who knows how to kiss me! Oh! And really sexy and slow music too! I love, love, love dancing, so that gets me so hot in an instant. Some other turn-ons are great hygiene, treating me a like a princess, making me feel like he can take care of me. ^_^
TP: On a scale of 1 to 10, how wild are you in the bedroom?
TL: 10 and THEN some!
TP: What do you wear to bed?
TL: I don't like wearing anything to bed. It just gets in the way of being comfortable for me.
TP: We ask this with every model we feature, so no need to be shy. Favorite position? Don't giggle!
TL: I say this with the straightest face in the world: From the back. Wait, why are you giggling? ^_^
TP: Haha. No reason! So what is something no one else knows about you that you are willing to let us in on first? And your answer above doesn't count. It has to be something else!
TL: I don't like quesadillas! Yuck! Please don't ever offer me one. I might just vomit on the spot, seriously.
TP: Wow, that is very interesting, haha. So were you popular in high school? If so, why do you think that was?
TL: I was more well-known, not sure about the popular part. I was ridiculously involved in EVERYTHING that went on in high school. Student Body President, Homecoming Court, Prom Committee, School Plays, you name it.
TP: If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
TL: Teleportation. I get bored easily, so I think having that super power and being able to go ANYWHERE I want would make my life so much more interesting.
TP: Oh like that movie Jumper! Nice. So do your friends have any funny nicknames for you? If so, tell us about them and the stories behind them.
TL: Fish-head. My best friend in middle school and high school used to call me that. To this day, I honestly do not know where it came from. I have to admit it was pretty funny though, we would randomly be somewhere public and she would just yell Fish-head! So random! Haha. ^_^
TP: Do you use Twitter? Facebook? Myspace? What do you think about social networking sites and how they have affected models these days?
TL: I am ridiculously technology and social network friendly, so of course I use them! I think it's a great way to network and keep in touch with people. The opportunities that I've been offered solely through networking sites has already made it so worthwhile! So I really have nothing negative to say about it. PS. Follow me! www.Twitter.com/Trisha_Lynn ^_^
TP: What are five things you never leave the house without?
TL: My cell phone, a.k.a. my third arm. My car keys, cosmetic caboodle, purse, and eye-lash glue. Trust me ladies, it's always handy to have that with you!
TP: Do you like to travel? Where have you been that you absolutely loved? Where would you like to go someday?
TL: I love traveling! So far I have really enjoyed all of Florida. I plan on going there again soon for Spring Break! I haven't been out of the country before, so I would love to do that soon.
TP: Where can we expect to find you next? When will you be modeling with TunerPlayground this year?
TL: You can expect to find me in Minneapolis for the next month or so. My gigs vary locally, but it's not difficult to catch me around town! From then on, it will be a surprise! I hope to be back near all of you guys soon though! I keep everyone updated pretty frequently.
TP: Where can your fans find you online?
TL: As of right now, you guys can find me on Myspace and Twitter. My personal website will be launching soon as well, so stay tuned for that!
TP: Alright, I think it's time that we wrap up. Any last words? Shout outs? Feel free to plug yourself and your friends as much as possible...ready? Go!
TL: I will do y'all a favor and keep it semi short because I seriously would publish a book if I were to thank all of the people that come to mind right now. Special shout out to TUNERPLAYGROUND! Tom and Keith, I love you guys! Thank you for giving me this incredible opportunity to be a part of our amazing team. ^_^ My Mum and Dad, for all the love and utmost support a daughter could ever ask for. My best friend Yuli, for everything you've ever done for me and for guiding me through 2009, I love you. And of course, all of my friends, supporters, and fans! I really couldn't do it without each and every one of you. You guys have made all of this possible for me. I am truly blessed! XOXOXOXOX ^_^
