July marks the halfway point of 2009 and yet it feels as though there are still so many upcoming events for us this year. As always, we've taken time out of our busy schedules to sit down with a gorgeous model that we have been proud to support, the lovely Miss Kristee Lani. It has been our pleasure to watch her gain a foothold within the industry and explode onto the scene these last 2 years.

TP: So we like to start off our interviews with a bit of a cliche question. How did you get into modeling? Were you discovered?

KL: I started off by going to local car shows & events when I was in high school, but that was just all for fun. When I moved to the Bay, I had a lot of opportunities thrown at me by people I met at shows & clubs events. That's how I got my foot in the door. One thing seemed to lead to another, and here I am today! ^_^

TP: What was your first major car show that you modeled at? Who did you model for?

KL: The first big show I did was HIN in San Mateo back in 2008, and I modeled for TunerPlayground (you guys ^_^) thanks so much for the opportunity, I love you guys, hehe!

TP: What was your most memorable moment modeling? Most embarrassing?

KL: Most memorable is the first time selling my photos and at the end of the day knowing how much I made. Lol, I was a bit shocked and happy, hehe and of course meeting my fans and realizing how much support I was getting. Most embarrassing...hmm...I don't really have one YET...hehe, let's hope it stays that way. ^_^

TP: Who is your favorite model or celebrity role model? Why?

KL: I have a few that I look up to, but to name one that everyone knows is Tyra Banks. She is a female icon for all the girls out there. Her accomplishments make me want to try harder and aim for my goals. Oh, and not to mention she's hot, with a great personality. ^_^

TP: If you could have a dream photoshoot with anyone in the world, whom would it be with?

KL: Oh this is a tough one.. hmm, I would have to say Angelina Jolie because she is such a badass! It would be a lesbian type of shoot, wink wink, hehe. ^_^

TP: What is one thing you simply can't live without? Can be anything.

KL: I can't live without family, love, money, makeup, and my cell phone. Lol, oh and my car because I sure as hell never want to walk everywhere, hehe.

TP: What is the most played song on your iPod or in your car right now?

KL: I listen to all types of music, depending on my mood. Lately it's just the new stuff that you hear on the radio. I like that boom boom pow! Hehe. ^_^

TP: Did you ever imagine that this is where you would be 5 years ago? Where do you see yourself in an additional 5 years? What would you want to have accomplished by then?

KL: 5 years ago I was in school without a real goal. All I wanted to do was get out of school, have fun, and party with my friends. I always wanted get into modeling but I didn't know where to start. Moving to the Bay totally change my life. 5 years from now, I hope to be an RN and making that money. ^_^ I also want to be happily married with kids, a nice house, and nice cars. I'd still be a sexy mama though. ^_^

TP: Do you have a favorite drink to order at the club? What makes it special?

KL: It WAS Patron, but that always facked me up quick. Hehe so now I like mixed girly drinks like life savors, cloud9, buttery nipple, midori sours, and so on. I like them because they taste good and I still get that good buzzed feeling, hehe. ^_^

TP: Do you have any weird habits that no one else knows about?

KL: I don't think so...I'm a pretty normal girl haha.

TP: What do you look for in a guy? What would it take for him to get your attention and maybe even your number?

KL: In order for a guy to catch my eye, he has to have a good personality and knows how to treat a lady. I like a guy with nice eyes and a cute smile. If he approaches to me correctly, then he just might get my digits. ^_^

TP: What are some of your turn-ons?

KL: I like kisses on the neck, and I love hearing dirty talk in bed, hehe. ^_^

TP: If we looked through your cell phone, what kinds of juicy things would we find on there?

KL: Haha I'm the type that deletes text messages and AIM conversations now. Don't want to get caught up again, LOL. Oh and plenty of photos of me, some naughty, some not, hehe. ^_^

TP: On a scale of 1 to 10, how wild are you in the bedroom?

KL: I'm sure you can guess...hehe. ^_^

TP: Favorite position? Don't giggle.

KL: *Giggles* Hehe, sorry, couldn't help it! ^_^ Hmm, I like positions where I'm facing away...you get the idea, hehe. ^_^

TP: Do you have any hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?

KL: My biggest hobby would have to be shopping, I know, I know, so typical. But it makes me happy! In my spare time I like to relax and hang out with my friends. We gossip and do girly things.

TP: Which magazine would you most want to be on the cover of? Why?

KL: It would have to be Maxim because it's known for having only the hottest girls from around the world to grace its covers.

TP: If you could live anywhere in the world for the rest of your life, where would it be?

KL: I have never been out of the country so I don't know yet. If anything, I'd prefer some place tropical and always sunny.

TP: We heard you recently launched your own website. What kinds of things can your fans find on there?

TP: What should your fans be looking forward to as far as what kinds of headlines you will be making this year?

KL: I'm working on my t-shirts for all the guys and girls to purchase from me during shows and events. There will also be a new design layout for my website coming soon. I also hope to be on a magazine cover soon. And of course you can always catch me at TunerPlayground events throughout the year. ^_^
