This year feels like it's going by even faster than the last! With all of the TunerPlayground staff swamped on a day-to-day basis we almost forgot that we had to update our Featured Model page today! But not to worry, being busy in January also translated into signing seven new exclusive models to TunerPlayground management, which is why we're extremely excited about 2011 being our best year ever as we continue to aggressively expand our client list, talent list, and global fan base. In the spirit of this continued growth we'd like to introduce one of the newest ladies to join the team, the lovely Miss Lyna Ly Sparks. She simply exonerates all of the qualities that we look for in a model and therefore we believe that she'll go very far in this industry. TP: So we have to ask, how did you get into modeling? Were you discovered?

LLS: I've always wanted to get into modeling for a while but I never had the chance to since I was always studying. After I graduated last June, I started going to car shows and I started getting noticed. From then on, it's just been a wild fun rollercoaster, and I'm loving every minute of it. ^_^

TP: How do you feel about signing exclusively with us? What were some of the important factors that led to your decision?

LLS: I am so freaking stoked to be signing exclusively with you guys!! I know TunerPlayground has a good reputation and that the company is just plain awesome. One important factor that helped lead me to my decision is whether I am going to be working with cool people, and that's already a given with Tom Tang and Keith Selle.

TP: Do you consider yourself beautiful? What do you think is your greatest asset? What makes you unique?

LLS: Yes, I do believe I am a beautiful person both inside and out. I think my cute personality helps out a lot with the way people perceive me. My greatest asset? There's too many to list off LOL JK!! People always tell me my boobs are awesome. Although they're not the biggest, people tell me they're pretty big for little ol' me (they're 100% all natural by the way). But personally, I like my smile. ^_^

TP: What was the first major event that you modeled at? What made it most memorable to you?

LLS: XDC Remix at Irwindale Speedway March 2010 was probably my first major event even though at the time, nobody knew who the heck I was, haha. I was just a spectator walking around and they asked if I wanted to go up onstage to be in a model search contest and I told them yes. I was SO nervous because it was my first time ever doing any of this kind of stuff! I was so happy because I actually ended up going to the final round, not bad for my first time eh?

TP: Definitely. So who is your favorite model or celebrity of all time?

LLS: Marilyn Monroe is absolutely gorgeous, she is simply beautiful. I love her face and her figure. She is also very intelligent and is the woman of her time, an iconic image. For our photoshoot, I wouldn't mind the classic white dress over the manhole shoot. But I hope the same thing doesn't happen like in the "House Bunny" haha.

TP: Have you ever used your looks to take advantage of someone? Was it one of our staff? You can tell us. Haha.

LLS: I'll admit, good looks do come with certain perks! Haha I don't purposely use my looks to take advantage of people, but when I get pulled over by the cops, I may or may not try to push my boobs together to get some extra cleavage. LOL! And, no, I would never try to take advantage of the staff at TunerPlayground, at least not to your knowledge hahaha.

TP: Haha. It was Keith huh? Just kidding. So tell us, what are your hobbies? Any hidden talents you'd like to share with the world?

LLS: I love playing basketball, shooting firearms, watching movies, CUDDLING, shopping, sleeping, eating, and spending time with the boyfriend. Hidden talents...umm, I'm really good at word searches! Haha.

TP: What is your astrological sign? Do you believe in horoscopes?

LLS: I'm a Taurus, Leo Rising, Venus Gemini, and Mars Aquarius. LOL. I believe in precise horoscopes, not the general horoscopes in magazines and websites. My horoscope has been accurate so far, afterall, I am very hard headed and stubborn! ^_^

TP: Do you have any weird habits that no one else knows about?

LLS: I have a lot of weird habits! Although I don't think that's something I should be proud of though haha. I spend a majority of my time in bed, and no, I don't mean doing certain activities on there haha. ^_^ I sleep extra late, like at 9AM (I'm nocturnal) LOL. I like to feed anything that is willing to eat, (it's like a weird fetish or something). Oh, and I'm a grammar freak...I get really annoyed by small grammatical mistakes.

TP: What does a typical day look like for you? Where do you like to go for some time alone?

LLS: Every day changes for me, depending on what I have to do. When I have shows or shoots to go to, I have to get up super early to get ready and pack. When I have days off, I am usually answering messages or getting errands done. Other days, I like to spend time to with friends and go out and have fun. For alone time, I go shopping, or spend time with Baby, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog. ^_^

TP: Do you like to eat?

LLS: You'd be surprised, I actually eat quite a lot despite how tiny I am (thank goodness for my fast metabolism)! I love seafood, steak, Mexican food, Chinese food, Thai food, Italian food, potatoes (I LOVE potatoes!), and all sorts of junk food. But I would have to say that my ultimate favorite is SUSHI! I also like boba, smoothies, juice...*ahem* alcoholic drinks (^_^), hot chocolate, and umm, anything else that's yummy. It all makes me happy. Haha.

TP: Can you drive a stick? What kind of car do you own? What is your dream car?

LLS: It depends on what kind of stick you're talking about...haha just kidding. I started learning how to drive stick but I was never able to finish. I hope to figure it out soon! I currently own a 1999 pearl-white Honda Prelude. I would love to have a soft top BMW Z4. I like my cars the way I like to carry myself, classy, sexy, and with the option to take the top off at times. LOL! ^_^

TP: Hahaha. Did we mention that Tom has a track S2000? Wink. So does does size matter for you? You know we're talking about car engines of course. Haha.

LLS: No, size doesn't matter, it's the driver that counts. You can have a big engine, but for me it's all about the skills and technique. Wink wink. ^_^

TP: Haha. Right on. So if we looked through your cell phone, what kinds of juicy things would we find on there?

LLS: Porn...FOOD porn that is!! Haha. Anything else is classified information. ^_^

TP: Haha we love (food) porn too! So what item of clothing or accessory makes you feel the sexiest?

LLS: I love wearing sexy dresses with stilettos, I love looking the classy part. But when I feel naughty, anything lacy, sheer, or silky.

TP: Goodness. Haha. So what has surprised you the most about modeling? What has your most memorable modeling moment been so far? Most embarrassing?

LLS: What has surprised me the most about modeling is the amount of work and effort you have to put in! People think it's easy just to stand in front of the camera, look pretty, and smile, but it's not quite that simple! The most memorable part thus far is definitely signing with TunerPlayground management. I was so ecstatic when Mr. Panda Bear and I executed the contract paperwork. The most embarrassing moment was when I was at CAME and I was modeling with Raichelle Viado. I sat on the table that she was located at and she tried to sit on my lap but then I lost my balance and we both fell over. Camera lights started flashing like crazy to catch our embarrassing moment. Haha.

TP: Haha fail. So what do you look for in a guy? What would he have to do to get your attention and to keep you interested?

LLS: I'm a sucker for sweet guys. Any guy that is sweet, kind, courteous, chivalrous, and still a manly man will definitely float my boat. ^_^

TP: How do you feel about pick-up lines? What was the best line that was used on you? Did it work?

LLS: I LOVE pick up lines! I think they are so cheesy but they always crack me up. ^_^ The best one I've heard was "Your smile is so bright and beautiful that the sun pales in comparison." That definitely made me smile and made my heart melt...he didn't get laid or anything though. Hahaha!

TP: Damn. Haha. What is the weirdest thing that has ever happened to you on a date? How did the rest of the night go?

LLS: I remember in the middle of a date, this guy tried to kiss me and I totally rejected him. I saw it all in slow motion: he closed his eyes, puckered his chapped lips, and slowly started moving in closer, and I panicked because I didn't want to kiss him back (he wasn't my type) so I did the first thing I could think of to avoid the kiss, I covered my mouth with both my hands and practically did a backflip over the chair to get out of the way. I felt soo bad. But I'm a nice girl, so I tried to make things not so awkward afterwards. But I guess sometimes I'm a little too nice and so he tried to kiss me again at the end of the night. DOUBLE REJECTION! ^_^

TP: Hahaha. So what gets you in the mood? What are some of your turn-ons?

LLS: Cuddling! You know what they say: spooning leads to forking, haha. I like kisses on the neck, a little groping, and a lot of teasing. But it has to be from the right guy. Please don't come up to me randomly and do it and hope it's going to turn me on!

TP: You ruined our plans. Haha. On a scale from 1 to 10, how wild are you in the bedroom?

LLS: It all depends on the mood! I can go from romantic, soft, and sultry, to wild crazy fun. 20? ^_^

TP: What do you wear to bed?

LLS: During winter, I bundle up like a cute Eskimo, but during summer, I like to only sleep in my underwear (no bras - they're so restrictive!) Okay I'll tell you a somewhat embarrassing story. I was still living with my parents and one time, I was sleeping with just my undies on and all of a sudden there was an earthquake. I got super scared so I started screaming. My mom came rushing to my room but thank goodness the door was locked or she else she would have gotten quite a surprise. ^_^

TP: Haha. Remind us not to let you lock the door at our next sleepover! So what's your favorite position in the bedroom?

LLS: Haha you guys! Well if you absolutely MUST know, I like the missionary position. I don't know why. There's just something about having a man handle me from on top that just rocks my socks. ^_^

TP: You're the first for that one! Nice. So what is something no one else knows about you that you are willing to let us in on first? And your answer above doesn't count. It has to be something else!

LLS: I secretly love Pokemon! Gotta catch em all! ^_^

TP: LOL. Wow. So were you popular in high school? If so, why do you think that was?

LLS: No, I wasn't, I was the quiet shy little nerdy girl that always spent my time in the library. I had my nose in the books all the time and I completed my homework assignments early. I always got straight A's...I guess that's what happens when you grow up in a strict Asian family, right? Haha.

TP: If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?

LLS: I would want to control time for several reasons. I want to be able to travel into the past and future, and be able to slow down and speed up time. How awesome would that be??? ^_^

TP: Do your friends have any funny nicknames for you? If so, tell us about them and the stories behind each name.

LLS: I had a friend who called me "Mighty Mouse" because I'm tiny but I stand up for myself, and also because I'm pretty feisty sometimes. Oh and "Sparky," but I think my friend was making fun of me on that one. Haha.

TP: So do you use Twitter? Facebook? Myspace? What do you think about social networking sites and how they have affected models these days?

LLS: I am a total Facebook whore! You can find me on there almost all the freaking time! Haha I also use Twitter, Model Mayhem, Tumblr, and more. Don't be afraid to leave me a message or a comment or something. ^_^ Social networking sites are soOoOo addicting! I remember when I first got a Facebook page, every time I was away from the computer, I was having withdrawal symptoms. I'm doing better now though, especially since they have Facebook mobile for phones. Haha.

TP: Haha. We can understand. We're the same way. So what are five things you never leave the house without?

LLS: My caring compassion. My sparkling smile. My charming charisma. My audacious attitude. My sweet self. ^_^

TP: Aww. Do you like to travel? Where have you been that you absolutely loved? Where would you like to go someday?

LLS: I love to travel to new places, to see and try new things! You gotta try everything once, right? Where have I been that I absolutely loved? Vegas, of course. Who doesn't love Vegas - the bright lights and the fast life. I don't have a particular place I want to travel to right now...am I allowed to say anywhere and everywhere?

LLS: This month I'm going to be super busy! I have Women of Perfection in Torrance, CA, a car crew shoot near the end of the month, a bunch of shoots with photographers, but my biggest event will be Wekfest in San Francisco, of course representing for TunerPlayground. I'm super excited because I haven't been in SF for over 13 years and mainly because this is a great opportunity for me to meet all of my NorCal fans, so be sure to come out and say hi to me - I promise, I don't bite...too hard. ^_^
